Public Statement and Policy on Impartiality

B-BBEE Verification

Dynamique Verifications' commitment to Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment and associated verifications is founded on impartiality.

Dynamique Verifications base its impartiality policy on the underlying values of objectivity, independence, freedom from conflict of interest, freedom from bias, lack of prejudice, neutrality, fairness, open-mindedness, even-handedness detachment and balance.

To ensure that impartiality is both maintained and can be demonstrated, the following principles have been established:

  • Dynamique Verifications’ Certificates are only issued after review by an independent authorized, and competent Verification Manager to ensure that no interest predominates

  • Dynamique Verifications has no relationships with companies that provide BEE consulting or other services that could be construed as having an effect on the BEE verification services provided by Dynamique Verifications.  Before the formalisation of any proposed relationship between Dynamique Verifications and another company, an independent risk assessor will conduct a risk assessment

  • Employees of Dynamique Verifications are required to document their current and past relationships with all companies for which they have provided consulting services within the past two years.  Employees are required to declare any situation, past or present, that may present a potential conflict of interest on the declaration form.  If a conflict of interest can be resolved without jeopardizing objectivity, Dynamique Verifications will not perform the verification

  • All employees will be monitored annually to ensure, among other criteria, that they remain impartial

  • Dynamique Verifications shall in no way imply that the agency provides verification services that are simpler, faster or less expensive to the entity as a result of the entity making use of a specific consultancy agency

  • Dynamique Verifications shall provide the public with accurate and non-misleading information.
