Our Process
Request for Verification
Complete the application form.
Quotation
A quotation is provided, and the Service Agreement is signed.
Deposit Invoice
A 50% deposit fee is payable upon receipt of an accepted quotation.
Submit Verification Claim
Submit the claim for verification via an excel data gathering sheet. The claim must be submitted at least five days before the document review day. An analyst will select samples and communicate the document requirements and interviewees.
Day 1 Documentation Review
The complete file with document requirements must be submitted on day 1 for the analyst to verify the requirements. The analyst will communicate and resolve queries.
Day 2 On-site Verification
The analyst will conduct opening and closing meetings and interviews during the on-site verification.
Final Invoice
After the verification the final 50% fee is payable.
Review
The Technical Signatory reviews the file for the correctness of the score and completeness of supporting evidence. The Certificate, Report and Scorecard are issued.
